As a senior associate for the investment sales & leasing division, Jason Simon is one of Las Vegas’ leading commercial real estate agents. For the last decade, Simon has been instrumental in representing in excess of 100 clients and more than 5 million square feet of commercial space. His work includes local and national site selection, lease negotiations and the acquisition and disposition of investment properties. Simon is distinguished by his ability to analyze market trends. Simon graduated from UNLV with a marketing degree, and is active with National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) . He’s involved with several charities, including the Boys and Girls Club of Southern Nevada, the American Diabetes Association and the Candlelighter's Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada.
