With more than two decades of industry expertise, Jeff Manning is president at Alliance Building Group. He leads the organization for hospitality, gaming, restaurants, nightclubs, retail, office, medical, aviation and industrial product types on Las Vegas Boulevard and throughout the Southwest for ground up and interior remodels. He has overseen construction of millions of square feet of local projects and commercial real estate product in Las Vegas. Manning was around real estate and construction as a child, was valedictorian in high school and earned bachelor’s degrees in business administration and construction management. In his early career he learned from some of the most talented, demanding industry leaders in the Las Vegas market. He handled business development and project management duties in the early half of the decade for The Penta Building Group. At The Molasky Group of Cos. he helped the design and development team finish more than 500,000 square feet of ground-up projects. Manning has helped develop three NAIOP Spotlight award-winning projects, and he served on the NAIOP board. He has authored several books, including Your Little Black Book of Building Basics, and The Dream Builder and has been a guest columnist in local publications. He supports a number of industry trade organizations through time and financial sponsorships; and provides consulting and coaching in real estate and construction related topics.
