Jeff Swinger is a senior vice president specializing in apartment sales at CB Richard Ellis. He has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 1991. Swinger has extensive experience with low-income housing tax credit properties, as well as RTC acquisitions. Along with his partner, Spencer Ballif, Swinger has sold over $2.5 billion in apartment properties.
