John Knott is an executive vice president of CB Richard Ellis. Knott joined CBRE as Las Vegas Managing Director in 1999. Before joining CBRE, Knott worked for 10 years with Cushman & Wakefield in West Los Angeles and five years with Sullivan & Knott, Inc., a Las Vegas-based company he founded in 1994. As CBRE Las Vegas’ managing director through 2002, he was responsible for new business development and client relations for the entire office, including brokerage, investment, apartment, acreage, and property management. He also created CBRE’s Global Gaming Group to a market leading position worldwide, and is consistently recognized as one of the company’s top producers.
