Ken Alber has more than 25 years of diverse experience in the commercial construction industry. He serves as Senior Vice President of Preconstruction for The PENTA Building Group, a private commercial general contractor headquartered in Las Vegas. Alber is responsible for ensuring business acquisitions to maintain and support the financial stability of the company. Alber earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix and has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron. He also completed studies at Arizona State University and the University of Houston. Alber serves on the Board of Directors for the Las Vegas Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), The Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, and the UNLV Construction Advisory Committee. PENTA’s most notable projects include the World Market Center, Aliante Station Casino, Hilton Grand Vacations Club Timeshares, Grandview at Las Vegas Timeshares, and the new central plant facility at McCarran International Airport.
