Executive Vice President of Community Management and Development Kristin Remhoff is responsible for the day-to-day performance of the Community Management Division of Terra West. Kristin directly supervises all of the managers, administrative assistants and support staff in the division offices in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas; Reno and St. George, Utah. She administers a portfolio of associations totaling 6,186 units, and performs all of the day-to-day management activities, including preparing board meeting agendas and minutes, contract renewals, inspections, vendor relations, and responding to homeowner requests and questions. Remhoff is a Nevada Certified Supervising Community Manager. She is a member of the Community Associations Institute, and has earned their Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist designations. She also serves on the Community Outreach Committee of the CAI Nevada Chapter, which assists local students.
