Marilyn Neve has been involved with commercial real estate for over 35 years. Since coming to Nevada she has worked in commercial real estate, for both brokerage and fee management. Currently she is assistant vice president, director of property management for Harsch Investment Properties’ Las Vegas regional office, where she oversees the property management of the 7.6 million-square-foot portfolio of business parks and a staff of 40-plus employees serving over 1,300 business’ throughout the valley. Neve first moved to Las Vegas in 1962, graduated from Bishop Gorman High School, and attended UNLV before transferring to Southern California in 1971, where she began a career in the construction industry. Prior to moving back to Nevada, she spent 20 years in Southern California as a construction manager for a general contractor/developer, and as portfolio manager for a retail developer/owner, responsible for nine retail properties in three southwestern states. Since returning to Las Vegas in 1991, she has been a member of Southern Nevada chapter of NAIOP, and BOMA, and associate member of IREM.
