Matt Parkins, LEED AP serves as vice president of preconstruction services for the Nevada Division of McCarthy Building Companies, one the nation’s oldest and largest construction firms. Parkins has been a key contributor to the Division’s growth throughout Southern Nevada and has been instrumental in developing the company’s estimating department. In his role, Parkins works closely with clients in providing comprehensive preconstruction and estimating services that maximize value and project efficiencies. Parkins chairs McCarthy’s National Estimating Steering Committee and is actively involved with the Las Vegas Rotary Club, Nevada Contractors Association, National Association of Industrial Office Properties and U.S. Green Building Council. Parkins earned his degree in economics and mathematics from the University of Alberta.
