Meaghan Levy is responsible for the financial performance of CBRE’s Las Vegas Real Estate Management division. In her role as director of asset services, she handles new business development, including management pricing, proposals, and negotiation of management agreements. In addition, Levy coordinates CBRE’s receivership services and oversees the management of the distressed assets CBRE handles in Las Vegas. Levy and her team are responsible for the management of 6.7 million square feet of commercial properties, comprised of 41 buildings grossing $61 million in annual revenue. Levy was named CPM of the year in 2006 and 2007, and has managed TOBY award winning buildings. Levy is the current president of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
