Nelson L. Tressler is executive vice president, retail group for Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas. Tressler has been involved in the completion of more than $500 million of sale and lease transactions. In 2006, he was named the top producing retail broker for Grubb & Ellis Company and earned the Advisor of the Year award for the Las Vegas office. The past four years, Tressler has been named the number one retail producer for the Las Vegas office. In 2006 through 2009, Tressler earned the Circle of Excellence designation, a prestigious award based on annual gross production and excellent client service. In 2007, Tressler ranked third in the nation for top producing retail broker within Grubb & Ellis Company and was accepted into Grubb & Ellis Company President’s Council. He received the Emerging Leader Award by Southern Nevada Real Estate Monthly and was named a “40 Under 40” honoree by In Business Las Vegas. Tressler is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
