As regional director of sales for Pardee Homes – Nevada Division, Rob Tuvell supervises a sales staff for eight active new home neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada. Tuvell brings more than two decades of experience in new home sales to his position with Pardee, having started his real estate career in 1986 in Palm Desert, Calif., working with his father in Rob Tuvell Real Estate. Before joining Pardee Homes as area sales manager in Nevada in 2000, Tuvell served as sales representative and manager with Lewis Homes and as director of sales with Sunrise Colony, both in Las Vegas. In the community, Tuvell is a longtime supporter of The Shade Tree Shelter for homeless women and their children. He also served on the Sales and Marketing Council for Southern Nevada Home Builders and was a member of the subcommittee responsible for the International Builders Show in Las Vegas in 2004. Southern Nevada’s longest-established home builder, Pardee has built homes and communities for nearly 40,000 families here since 1952.
