Steven Mumford is the assistant vice president of loan production with CommCap Advisors, a commercial mortgage banking firm located in Henderson. In 1994, Mumford moved to Las Vegas to attend UNLV where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics. Mumford’s real estate career began as an analyst for GMAC Commercial Mortgage in 2005. He moved to Denver in 2006 and became an investment analyst for Northmarq Capital. While at Northmarq, Mumford assisted in underwriting and closing of over $200 million of multifamily, retail, office and industrial loans, which includes over $120 million originated with Fannie Mae. He has extensive experience underwriting and closing loans with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, life insurance companies, and banks.
