Taber Thill joined Colliers International in 2001 and heads the Tenant Representation Division. The division exclusively represents tenants/users thus eliminating conflicts of interest with landlords/owners. Thill’s tenant representation list includes Pulte/DelWebb, Las Vegas Sands, MGM/Mirage, CenturyLink, Las Vegas Sands Corp; Wynn Resorts, Raytheon , Nevada State Bank, Amica, Clear Wireless, Amazon and WestStar Credit Union. Thill is on the advisory board for Links for Life and a member of Sun Angel Foundation, Arizona State University’s student-athlete program. In addition, he also is a member of NAIOP, Urban Land Institute, a licensed real estate agent in the state of Nevada, and has achieved the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation.
