Terri Sturm is CEO and founder of Territory Inc., a Las Vegas-based development company and a market leader among retail developers. Prior to establishing Territory in 1993, Sturm was a developer for Simon Property Group, the nation’s largest shopping center owner, where she specialized in the development of regional community centers nationwide. Sturm is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is chairman of the foundation board of directors of Opportunity Village, is on the board of trustees of the Meadows School, and is finance chair for the Miss Rodeo Nevada Association. Along with her husband, Rollie, she established the Terri and Roland V. Sturm Family Foundation, which actively contributes to worthwhile Nevada charities. Sturm received her bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Nevada, Reno and has been a licensed Nevada real estate broker since 1978.
