A Nevada Amber Alert was canceled Thursday for two children abducted by their non-custodial mother in Carson City.
The children were found unharmed in Vacaville, Calif.
Carson City authorities say Kyle Brune, 7, and Nicholas Brune, 5, were taken by Kimberly Brune, 43, just before 7 a.m. today from their father's Carson City home.
Kimberly Brune has no parental rights. She was taken into custody.
Investigators believed the boys could be in danger because the woman is taking psychiatric medication and is prone to hallucinations.
Nevada officials said other details weren't immediately available.
