Metro Police have released the photos of two men being sought in connection with separate armed robberies of convenience stores last month.
In the first case, a man with his face partially covered by a bandana entered a store on South Town Center Drive about 1:50 a.m. on May 26, police said. He asked the clerk for change then brandished a handgun and demanded money, police said.
He was last seen running through the parking lot. He is thought to be about 18 to 20 years old, 6 feet 1 inch tall and 160 pounds.
In the other robbery, shortly before 3 a.m. on May 31, a man approached the counter of a store on Spring Mountain Road, displayed a handgun and demanded money, police said.
After taking the money, he left in an unknown direction, police said. He was about 5 feet 7 inches tall and heavyset, police said.
Anyone with information about either robbery is urged to call the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Robbery Section at (702) 828-3591, or to remain anonymous, Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555. Tips to Crime Stoppers leading to an arrest or indictment may result in a cash reward.
