Looking for a cocktail to steel your nerves before entering Fright Dome? Rock & Rita’s, also at Circus Circus, is offering the Thriller, a mix of vodka, red vermouth, blood-orange marmalade, orange bitters and champagne. And since it’s impossible to mention the Michael Jackson song without thinking of the dance, the bartenders are getting in on the action with special performances throughout October. Guests who dine at Rock & Rita’s also receive two-for-one tickets to the Fright Dome’s new attraction: a 13-minute tour of 13 rooms on the hotel’s 13th floor. Gulp. Can we get another Thriller over here?
Ingredients:
1.5 ounce vodka
.5 ounce Red Vermouth
1 teaspoon Blood Orange Marmalade
2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitter
Champagne floater
Method:
Combine ingredients, shake, double strain and pour into a cocktail glass. Top with champagne.
