A 5-year-old boy was found in a Summerlin house where seven people arrested Wednesday on a combined 78 felony drug counts were storing marijuana, according to a Metro Police arrest report.

The boy was taken to Child Haven, authorities said. The report did not say how or if the boy was related to any of the suspects.

Police raided four suspected illegal marijuana storefronts and the Summerlin residence on Wednesday, capping a four-month investigation, officials said.

Metro Police and SWAT officers executed search warrants at Completely Legal 1.0, Perfect Grow and Preferred Medical Marijuana, located in suites at 3655 S. Durango Drive; and Completely Legal 2.0 at 6401 N. Durango Drive. The fifth location was a house at 3390 Antique Rose Drive, police said.

During the raids, police seized 28.6 pounds of marijuana, valued at $86,000, and 454 marijuana plants, valued at $1.2 million.

Police also recovered 52 pounds of edible marijuana items, 1.1 pounds of hashish, a 2007 Mercedes CLK 350, computer equipment and a combined $100,000 from the five locations, according to arrest reports.

The seven suspects face charges including trafficking marijuana and selling marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, according to arrest reports. They were booked into the Clark County Detention Center.

The following people were arrested: Kyle Lair, 26, of Las Vegas; Jacob Lill, 24, of Las Vegas; Anna Martinez, 20, of Las Vegas; Lisa Roth, 53, of Englewood, Colo.; Michael Savino, 25, of Las Vegas; Edmund Schroback, 32, of Denver; and Richard Wheaton, 26, of Las Vegas.

Lill and Schroback are the owners of the Completely Legal 1.0 and 2.0 storefronts, according to the arrest report.

On March 11, Metro Police officers conducted a drug sting at Completely Legal 1.0, located across Durango Drive from the Desert Breeze community park, the report said.

Alleged owners Lill and Schroback were conducting business inside the storefront, the report said.

Alleged employees Lair and Green took an undercover Metro detective into a back room, where they sold him 4.7 grams of marijuana, a THC-based sucker and a packet of hashish-based cocoa mix, the report said.

On March 16, Metro Police officers conducted a drug sting at Completely Legal 2.0. Alleged owner Lill and employee Wheaton were observed carrying potted marijuana plants from the storefront to Lill’s Mercedes sedan, the report said.

Senseney and Wheaton took an undercover Metro detective into a back room and sold him 17.5 grams of marijuana and a THC-based sucker, the report said.

At both locations, the undercover officers observed glass jars and bags of marijuana, potted marijuana plants, suckers and marijuana edibles, the report said.
