Double shooting
A man was killed Thursday night in a double shooting in the northeast valley, Metro Police said.
Police responded to the 3500 block of East Lake Mead Boulevard at 8:22 p.m. after multiple reports of a person being shot.
Police found one man unresponsive and another who had a minor wound in the parking lot of the Adobe Villas apartments. Both were transported to University Medical Center, where the first man died.
Homicide detectives were en route to the scene and to the hospital. Police believe the second person has information about the shooting.
No additional details were immediately available.
