Las Vegas chefs, Bravo wants you!

Top Chef: TV dinners?

Knife wielding, white-coated maniacs: Bravo wants you.

No, the cable network responsible for giving housewives everywhere a reason to Botox isn’t launching some new reality show on homicidal psychopaths; they’re casting for the next best thing: new seasons of Top Chef and Top Chef Just Desserts. On March 10, the casting team is heading to Vegas, to mine our kitchens for the best culinary competitors we have to offer.

If you’re a local chef or pastry chef and think you’ve got the skills (mise en place challenge, anyone?), savvy and personality to do damage on national TV, head to Bravotv.com/casting, fill out the application and get to work on your five minute audition video. Keep in mind that Top Chef is about the cooking and the characters, so make sure to show off your sparkling personality along with that incredible oxtail gnocchi dish you’ve been working on.

A city with as much culinary clout as Las Vegas, deserves to be well-represented. So go forth and audition, chefs. Make us proud.
