Grab a spring jacket before you head out the door. Breezy conditions today might make the air feel chilly despite sunny skies.
Today's high will reach about 64 degrees with southwest winds between 15 and 22 mph, according to the National Weather Service. Gusts could reach as high as 32 mph.
Breezy conditions will continue overnight as skies become mostly cloudy and lows drop to 49 degrees, forecasters said.
Friday will bring a 20 percent chance of rain in the morning, but forecasters expect the wet weather to clear out to mostly sunny skies with a high near 66 degrees. The wind, however, will stick around Friday with gusts between 15 and 22 mph, and gusts topping out at 33 mph.
The weekend forecast promises gradual warmer weather and sunny skies, with highs of 67 degrees Saturday and 69 on Sunday.
The normal high temperature for today's date is 71 degrees, according to weather service records. The record high of 89 degrees was set in 1940. Thirty-four degrees is the record for lowest temperature on this day, set in 1957.
