A court hearing has again been delayed for a man facing charges in the $1.5 million chip heist of the Bellagio casino in Las Vegas.
A status check for Anthony Carleo is planned for April 1. A hearing had been scheduled at Las Vegas Justice Court on Friday morning. It was not immediately clear why his court date had been postponed.
Police say the 29-year-old suspect waved a gun before swiping $1.5 million in chips from the Bellagio in December.
A hearing last month was halted after the district attorney's office and Carleo's attorney argued over whether the defense could contact a confidential informant who helped police gather evidence against Carleo.
He faces charges of robbery with a deadly weapon, armed robbery, assault, burglary and carrying a concealed weapon.
