Now we must make up for lost time

Nevada has lost time and focus in siding with the opposition to the health care bill. Since other states were opposing the bill, what did we really gain? Given the failed attempt to have the whole health care bill declared unconstitutional, Nevada should work with the provisions of the law to provide coverage for more people. This would be better than the taxpayers subsidizing hospital emergency rooms. Crowded emergency rooms pose an expensive and dangerous scenario for all people seeking life-saving care.
