Best stadium locale is by the M

There is really only one logical place to put a new stadium: Build it south by the M Resort in Henderson where there is adequate space and good freeway access.

I lived outside of Seattle for almost 20 years, so I saw the traffic congestion created on the freeway and nearby streets as a result of Seahawks and Mariners games. I cannot imagine how bad the traffic would be getting to a stadium near Harrah’s and the Imperial Palace because this is a 24-hour town!

Driving on the Strip is a joke as it is, and I don’t even want to think about adding all the additional vehicles and buses trying to get fans to a stadium there.

Place the arena where there is a need for additional traffic to “grow” the greater Las Vegas area, not where traffic will become so congested people will not want to attend events. Traffic by the M Resort could be better managed than we could ever hope for with something so large being placed near the Strip. Strip hotels could benefit by running buses to and from the stadium in Henderson and charging a nominal fee to the riders. There could even be party buses specifically for that, and they could charge even more.
