Kaskade spins at Marquee in the Cosmopolitan on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2012.

Didn’t get tickets to the three-day dance-a-thon at the Speedway? Don’t burn your neon sweatbands just yet. With EDC’s all-star EDM lineup comes a full slate of spillover shows that lets you customize your own carnival without trekking north.

EDMBiz Party at Boulevard Pool While club kids worship at the altars of A-list DJs, the people behind the music will be talking about the future of EDM at industry conference EDMBiz. And when the panels close, the parties begin: Thursday, EDMBiz hosts a free pool party that brings together Mark Farina, Miguel Migs and Jason Bentley. June 7, 7 p.m., free, 18+, Boulevard Pool at Cosmopolitan.

Bassrush Massive at Orleans Arena Before the Speedway goes all neon and dancey-pants, get your fill of bass at this all-night Orleans Arena show featuring a full-scale production and sets from Bassnectar, Knife Party and Datsik, among others. June 7, 7 p.m., $35, 18+, Orleans Arena, bassrush.com.

EDC Week at Marquee, Tao and Lavo As Insomniac’s nightlife partner, Tao Group is extending the debauchery into nearly a week of music-fueled mania at its Vegas venues. The stacked lineup includes Fedde Le Grand at Tao, Avicii’s Levels tour at Marquee Dayclub and Benny Benassi, Armin van Buuren and Kaskade at Marquee nightclub (to name a few). If you’re still awake on Monday, Marquee Dayclub hosts a free pool party to the sounds of Danny Tenaglia and Victor Calderone. June 7-11, times & prices vary.

Wynn Music Week at Surrender, Encore Beach Club, XS and Tryst EDC hits Wynncore in a major way with overflow shows from a slew of festival DJs and resort residents. Catch acts like Bingo Players (Surrender’s Splashdance on Thursday), Sebastian Ingrosso (XS on Friday) and Tiësto (EBC on Sunday). And the party doesn’t end when the Speedway clears: Monday brings Afrojack and David Guetta to the Encore party pool for a final hurrah. June 7-11, times and prices vary.

Bob Sinclar at Wet Republic Sinclar might not be on EDC’s official lineup (at press time), but the French house DJ and producer has been spinning electronic dance music since some the fest’s acts were in diapers. That’s Mr. Sinclar, to you. June 9, 11 a.m., $30 women, $75 men, Wet Republic, 891-3563.

Hed Kandi at Gallery Gallery’s new industry night has EDM cred courtesy of Hed Kandi, the U.K. nightlife brand responsible for 10 years of nu-disco parties in the original dance-music mecca—Ibiza. The Sunday night fête features Ministry of Sound’s DJ Mikey Gallagher. June 10, 10 p.m., $30 men, $20 women, locals free, Gallery, 818-3700.
