Friday

Matt & Kim at Hard Rock Pool The indie-popsters stripped to their skivvies in Times Square for their “Lessons Learned” video—and scored MTV’s Breakthrough Video VMA for it. Mark Foster at Moon With his bandmates, the Foster the People frontman is practically a Vegas regular. He goes solo this weekend and trades the mic for the turntables, DJing at the top-of-the-Palms nightspot. If you haven’t heard it already (and who hasn’t?), check out his band’s smash radio hit, “Pumped Up Kicks,” before you head out. Doors at 10 p.m., $40+, includes Playboy Club entry.

Gabe Saporta at Pure Remember when that chick from Gossip Girl teamed up with a dance-y pop group to churn out radio favorite “Good Girls Go Bad”? Well, the group was Cobra Starship, and its lead vocalist is Saporta. He performs at the Caesars nightspot, with resident DJs D-Lux, Cyberkid, Justin Baule also supplying their sounds. Saturday

Kaskade at the Chelsea The Marquee resident does like Deadmau5 in 2011, taking the booth in the Cosmo’s ballroom. This is no ordinary set, as Kaskade is bringing his Freaks of Nature tour (his biggest production to date), with DJ duo Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano and DJ Fareoh opening. Doors at 10 p.m., $70.
