Area of accident
A man was hit Wednesday morning by a four-door sedan on Las Vegas Boulevard North, just north of downtown.
Metro Police officials said the man, who is in his 40s, was transported to University Medical Center in critical condition.
Police received a report about the accident that took place around 11:40 a.m. in the 700 block of Las Vegas Boulevard North, near East Bonanza Road. Officials could not confirm if the man was in a crosswalk.
