Metro Police officers arrested the third suspect involved in a robbery, kidnapping and shooting in a northwest Las Vegas home on Tuesday.

Kyron Butler, 22, of Las Vegas was taken into custody without incident. He faces 13 charges of burglary, attempted murder, kidnapping and robbery among others stemming from the Jan. 30 incident.

Police said Butler, along with Ezra Peoples, 18, and Maurice Daniel Talley, 19, allegedly held at gunpoint the owner of a residence in the 8800 block of Casa Colina Court when he arrived home.

They then forced themselves inside and woke up the second occupant threatening both with their guns as they ransacked the home, police said. One of the suspects fired shots at the victims as they drove off with their car. No one was hit by the gunfire, police said.

The next day officers spotted the victim’s stolen vehicle near Decatur Boulevard and the 215 Beltway, and attempted to initiate a traffic stop, police said. All three suspects were in the car and attempted to escape on foot. Police arrested Peoples and Talley a short time later.

Peoples was also discovered to be the suspect in a shooting of two soccer players at Teton Trails Park.

Butler faces three counts each of first degree kidnapping with a deadly weapon and robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts each of attempted murder with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery, and one count each of burglary while in possession of a gun, burglary and attempted grand larceny of an automobile.
