Obamacare’s flaws go beyond website

Republicans and others who are opposed to Obamacare have focused their opposition on the correct contention that it simply won’t work, while ignoring the much more relevant argument that it’s an immoral use of brute government force to violate the individual rights of patients and providers.

This is a huge mistake because it implies that if only the website problems and the unintended consequences of the law itself were “fixed,” then everything would be OK. But no matter how many times the law is “fixed,” the fundamental immorality of the law will remain, and the Republicans will eventually be reduced to arguing pathetically that their fixes would be more cost-effective and efficient than the Democrats’ fixes. Game over!
