A new club is slated to open at the Cosmopolitan in late December.
Marketed as a rebirth of the social club, Rose.Rabbit.Lie will be a complex mix of restaurant, bar, club and entertainment venue, resort officials say.
But the $4 billion Strip resort has not announced what type of entertainment will anchor the club.
“The idea of a modern social club is inspired by the spirit of Johnny Carson, Desi Arnaz and Circus Maximus — the past that still captures a romantic piece of real estate in our minds," John Unwin, CEO of the Cosmopolitan, said in a statement. "It’s personal and intimate one moment, grandiose and inclusive the next. Guests are surrounded by the evening and become part of the experience the moment they arrive."
The Cosmopolitan has partnered with Coastal Luxury Management, which created the award-winning Restaurant 1833 in Monterey, Calif., and the forthcoming Faith & Flower in downtown Los Angeles, scheduled to open later this year.
