Outage
Power has been restored to most of the 1,200 residents who were left without power this evening following an electrical outage.
The outage was caused by a downed power line about 8 p.m. at Sahara Avenue and Valley View Boulevard, NV Energy spokeswoman Jennifer Schuricht said. It was not immediately known what caused the line to fall.
Schuricht said that by 9:06 p.m., power had been restored to all but 10 customers.
