CARSON CITY – A Las Vegas man is the latest addition to Nevada's “Black Book,” a list of 32 people barred from entering any casino in the state.
The Nevada Gaming Control has added Gary F. Young to the list. Young has several gambling-related fraud and cheating felony convictions.
The board said Young, 70, has been the target of several investigations by the state agency. He is also known as Gary Miller and was last known to reside in Las Vegas.
