Barricade situation
Metro Police are responding to a barricade situation in which a man is threatening to harm himself in a southwest valley residence.
Police received a report about 4:22 p.m. of a situation near Torrey Pines Drive and Windmill Lane, Lt. Barb Schmidt said.
Some homes in the area have been evacuated.
