Shooting
A man was shot and killed Wednesday night after an argument with two men in the alley behind an East Las Vegas store, Metro Police said.
Police responded about 8:50 p.m. to reports of a shooting in the 4900 block of East Sahara Avenue, near Nellis Boulevard. Preliminary investigation indicates that the victim had been walking in the alley behind a store when he met two other men, police said.
The group started arguing, and one of the suspects fired a shot, police said. The victim died, and the two suspects drove away, police said.
One suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt and jeans, while the other was wearing a gray shirt and shorts. No other details were known about the suspects, police said.
The suspects’ vehicle is described as a dark-colored sedan and was last seen speeding east on Sahara Avenue.
