Las Vegas Metro Police are investigating a traffic collision that left two pedestrians in the hospital Saturday night.
The accident happened at 10:51 p.m. on Sahara Avenue, east of Arville Street, when Steven Marks, 46, and Elizabeth Evan, 48, were crossing Sahara Avenue at a marked crosswalk and were struck by a 1996 Ford Taurus traveling eastbound, police said.
The two pedestrians were taken to University Medical Center. Evan had moderate injuries, while Marks' injuries were more critical.
