Las Vegas 51s:

51s power over the Reno Aces

Las Vegas 51s outfielder Andrew Brown blasted a two-run home run in the first inning and infielder Daniel Muno launched another in the fifth to help the 51s take down the Reno Aces 6-4 on Monday night at Cashman Field.

The Aces finished with one more hit (10 to 9) but the 51s were more efficient with their base runners, scoring two each in the first, fourth and fifth. Muno and Brandon Allen each scored two runs on the night.

Logan Verrett (4-2) picked up the victory while Miguel Socolovich recorded his first save of the season with a two-inning performance.

The 51s wrap up the four-game series against the Aces tonight at Cashman Field.
