Teen suspected of DUI in three-car wreck
One person was critically injured in a three-vehicle collision this morning that involved a teen suspected of driving under the influence, Metro Police officials said.
Metro responded about 7:50 a.m. to the three-vehicle crash at Rancho Boulevard and Turquoise Road, near Vegas Drive. One occupant in a truck was ejected from the vehicle during the crash and was transported to University Medical Center in critical condition, police said.
A 19-year-old female driving another vehicle in the collision was arrested for driving under the influence, police said. No one else was injured.
Metro is investigating the crash.
