Homicide detectives are investigating a dead body found late Thursday in the bushes off East Flamingo Road near Swenson Street, according to Metro Police.
A driver spotted the man face down on the side of the road, Lt. John Liberty said.
Medical personnel flipped the man over and saw his torso was covered in blood, Liberty said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man is believed to be in his late 40s and early 50s, Liberty said.
