Homicide detectives are investigating a man who appears to have been shot dead at an eastside apartment complex, according to Metro Police.
Officers responded just after 11 p.m. Friday to the 4500 block of Carriage Park Drive and found the man dead from an apparent gunshot wound, according to a Metro press release.
Officers found the victim dead in a vehicle, police said.
A homicide investigation indicates the victim had argued with a man in a nearby park earlier that day. The shooter remains at large, according to the release.
The identity of the victim as well as the cause and manner of death will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
