The Rebels’ football schedule is switching a couple of home dates, with one game moving to Friday and another pushed back to the weekend.
UNLV’s game against Fresno State will now kick off at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 10, and air on CBS Sports Network. It was originally slated for the following the day.
The reason for the move, according to UNLV, was that logistical reasons will move the Northern Illinois home game back to Saturday, Sept. 13. That game had previously been moved to Friday, Sept. 12, as part of the Mountain West’s Friday night slate of games this season.
UNLV opens the season on Friday, Aug. 29, at Arizona and its home debut is against Northern Colorado on Saturday, Sept. 6.
