In response to the Q&A with Bob Beers, it was difficult for me to understand why Beers would think that we would choose him to represent us in the U.S. Senate when he is so out of touch with the real people of Nevada.
Did he really say that his “developer friends” had to “sell cars and put their kids in public school”?
Does he understand that there were people who actually lost more than an expensive car?
As for his comment about being alarmed about a government agency having AR-15s, I would think it would be much more alarming that a group of anti-government “patriots” used AR-15s to intimidate the people serving a court order.
As for government employees being represented by a union, everyone deserves to earn a decent wage and be treated fairly by their employer. Who does he think buys the homes his “developer friends” build?
