Police searching for suspect in robbery of Las Vegas casino

Metro Police say a suspect in the Nov. 9, 2014, robbery of a Las Vegas casino fled in this car.

Metro Police are searching for a gunman they say robbed Palace Station early Sunday morning.

The man entered the casino in the 2400 block of West Sahara Avenue with a handgun about 1 a.m. and demanded cash before fleeing in a black, compact car with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.

The suspect is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 200 pounds, police said. He was wearing a dark cap, a black, zip-up hoodie and brown cargo shorts. He was carrying a dark duffel bag with a light strap, police said.
