A demonstration of sex education

Suppose a resident set up a small table and chair on the sidewalk in front of any local elementary school and brought a case of bananas and condoms along.

Then, as parents were dropping their children off for school, the person proceeded to demonstrate how to properly put the condoms on the bananas.

How long do you think it would be before the Clark County School District police and Metro arrive and demand the person stop the demonstration?

Most certainly not very long, and if the resident persisted with the demonstration, he would most likely be arrested.

This thought experiment exposes the CCSD sex education proposal to the light of day and is an example of the type of thing that will be taught to children behind the closed doors of a classroom without their parents being present.

I would like to see this type of demonstration outside the CCSD offices on Flamingo Road every time the School Board meets.

I would wager it would be the top story on the 6 o’clock news.
