The 69-year-old woman killed Friday afternoon when she was run over in a Wal-Mart parking lot was Las Vegas resident Michelle Villenave, the Clark County Coroner's office said today.
Metro Police said Villenave was hit by a 2014 Hyundai Elantra around 3:40 p.m. outside the Wal-Mart at 6005 S. Eastern Avenue. Metro said the driver of the car, a 54-year-old woman, was not cited as it appeared to be an accident.
Villenave was taken to Sunrise Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
