2 vehicles crash into Boulder Highway motorcycle shop

Two vehicles crashed into a motorcycle shop after colliding on Boulder Highway this afternoon.

Nevada Highway Patrol Trooper Loy Hixson said the passenger vehicles collided while traveling south on Boulder Highway, just south of U.S. 95.

Hixson said that both drivers suffered minor injuries and that no other injuries were reported. NHP received a call about the accident at about 3:30 p.m., Hixson said.

According to Hixson, the vehicles veered to the right after the crash, traveling over the sidewalk and a section of landscaping in front of Indian Motorcycle Las Vegas, formerly known as Arlen Ness Motorcycles of Las Vegas.

According to a service manager at the shop, located at 4020 Boulder Highway, one Victory Vegas motorcycle and one Yamaha Bolt were damaged in the accident.

The service manager, who didn't want to be identified, said the bikes crashed through an office window. A general manager who was in the room was shaken up but not injured, he said.
