The two people who were killed Friday morning in a head-on crash on Spring Mountain Road have been identified as 23-year-old Annie Lee Cho of Las Vegas and 55-year-old Jose Silverio Ordaz of North Las Vegas, according to the Clark County Coroner's Office.
Cho was driving west in a 2011 Hyundai Sonata at Westwind Road when she crossed the center line and collided with Ordaz's Whittlesea cab minivan, which was driving in the opposite direction, Metro Police said.
Ordaz was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Cho was taken to University Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead, police said.
The impact of the collision caused the cab to collide with a Chevrolet Cavalier, police said. Another car hit an unknown object while driving through the crash debris. Neither of the drivers was injured.
