Nobody was injured in a kitchen fire this morning at a condominium in the northeast valley, Clark County Fire Department officials said.
The fire was reported about 8:30 a.m. at the complex at 9620 Chapel Hills, near Nellis Boulevard and Bonanza Road, officials said.
When firefighters arrived, smoke was coming from the unit and the occupants were already outside, officials said. The fire did not spread beyond the kitchen before it was extinguished, officials said.
No estimate of damage was immediately available.
