2700 block of North Rainbow Boulevard
A 31-year-old Hispanic male was fatally shot on the sidewalk outside his residence about 9:26 p.m. yesterday night, according to a Metro press release.
The coroner identified the victim as Carlos Antonio Bugarin.
Police responded to a report of possible shots fired and found him deceased with gunshot wounds on the walkway of his apartment complex on the 2700 block of North Rainbow Boulevard.
Metro's initial investigation found that he was arriving home on foot when the incident occurred, according to the press release. The case remains under investigation.
The homicide is the 32nd investigated by Metro in 2015.
