A 25-year-old fugitive wanted in a Texas home invasion was arrested in the east valley this afternoon, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Justin Tave was arrested near Harmon Avenue and Jimmy Durante Boulevard by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in connection with an aggravated robbery warrant, according to a U.S. Marshals Service, District of Nevada press release.

He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center without bail pending extradition to Texas, according to the release and jail records.

Tave is one of three people accused in a home invasion in Lindale, Texas, which is roughly 90 miles from Dallas.

He is the last one of the suspects to be arrested, the release said.

District of Nevada U.S. Marshal Christopher Hoye credited joint agency efforts with the apprehension.

Nevada FIST is a task force with the goal of arresting dangerous and violent fugitives, according to the release.

Headed by the U.S. Marshals, the task force also includes deputy U.S. marshals, Metro Police officers and Nevada Department of Public Safety personnel.
