A man who was fatally shot at an east valley home Wednesday morning has been identified as 72-year-old Las Vegas resident Eugene Henry Elliott Jr., according to the Clark County Coroner's Office.
Elliott died of a gunshot wound to the abdomen in a homicide, according to the Coroner's Office.
Police responded to a report of an injured man about 10:40 a.m. in the 5200 block of Crater Circle, near Boulder Highway, and Elliott's body was found in a home, police said.
Investigators asked for the public's help Thursday in the search for Elliott’s silver 2013 Cadillac ATS, which has either Nevada plates of USZ990 or Arizona plates of AR4204, police said.
